Your subconcious mind is the engine that drives your behavior, it runs 95% of your life. Your subconscious mind is like a storage unit of all your experiences, good and bad. If you don’t do the work to clear out limiting beliefs, heal past traumatic experiences etc you can develop disempowering coping mechanisms, bad habits, anxiety = running an outdated program on a loop. Your conscious mind is your "desire" for change but only controls 5% of your life. This is why for example if we want to stop smoking, stop drinking, stop negative thinking, make a lifestyle change etc but cant seem to is because we're using our conscious mind.

Erin is a Board Certified Life Coach and Hypnotherapist. We work online with Hypnosis to speak directly to your subconscious mind. We use hypnosis to clear out and heal emotional trauma, build self confidence, end bad habits,reactivate your inner power and create a brand new you based off of what you desire through Hypnosis to achieve results, life goals and the true life change and soul activation/ abundance you are so worthy of!
